Registration fees will include:

• One printed Conference Proceedings (SPIE vol. Speckle'06),
• Lunches during the 3 days (on site),
• Coffee breaks during the 3 days (on site).
• Free entrance to industrial exhibition

Registration fees will not include Hotel .

Atria Hotel rooms are limited. Other Hotels list available.

Gala Dinner will take place in Nîmes on September 14th evening.

Authors have to register before 30 April 2006 to get reduced fees and to have their paper published in the proceedings( AuthorsGB, AuteurFR).

Authors are automatically selected for the "Best Oral and Poster presentation Awards" as they register before 30 April 2006.
Rules for these awards can be be downloaded (GB, FR).

(*) Exhibitors presenting a paper will be charged extra for Conference Proceedings.
Exhibitor fees will include lunches, Gala and Coffee Breaks for 1 person and the exhibition stand of 6 sq.m. .

Registration will be effective upon payment. Registration deadline is July 10th (including proceedings).

Payment can be made by Cheques, including Travellers Cheques in Euros, and Wire Bank Transfer.
Payment by CREDIT CARD is NOT AVAILABLE.

Lexicon for Wire Bank Transfer or Travellers Cheques, from abroad

• Participants are requested to consider the handling charge in case of bank transfer.
  The organizer will charge this fee at the registration if the above mentioned amount was reduced by the bank transfer.
• Please ensure, that in case of (late) bank transfer valid documents can be
  presented by the participant during registration. In other case we have to
  charge the fee again or the registration cannot be accepted.

In case of attendee's cancellation

• before 15th July 2006 : full fees - 100 Euros of Cancellation Charge

• After 15th July 2006 : no fees return

The reimbursement will be done by wire transfer after IBAN reception and accord of the main ordonator (transfer charge will not be included)

Visa Procedures

Participants who need an official invitation with respect to the visa procedure are requested to announce this very soon and to deliver the relevant data (address, date and place of birth) for the document. Email your request to speckle06@ema.fr (automatic subject).

Remarks

It is suggested to book hotel very soon as the period of the conference is still in the high touristic period.
Special Hotel rates have been achieved for people registering through Tourism Office (download proformat file) (see also Social Program).
Please note these special rates just do apply for the Conference period.
Group of people intending to reserve in the same Hotel have to mention it, into the limits of available rooms.
Week end rate can vary, price offer can also be done through Tourism Office.
